Large Traditional double en-suite in Quiet Chelsea flat.

On a very quiet and pretty "cul-de-sac" street. Cozy "homey" vibe with paintings, thick curtains etc

Bills total an extra £130month from may to october, £160 Nov-April. Cleaning twice a month: £40/month.

- please check location suits you transport wise (sw10 0jn): 4 tube stops are all 20mn walk away or a 5 min bus ride. Lots of buses going to all directions.

- not a party flat: occasional guests are fine of course ( eg 3/4 times/month, more by separate agreement)

-the bed is actually a twin joined together: useful if you have a friend or family coming to stay
- the lounge is small and currently my office and gym and is not shared, it can be used when I travel by separate agreement.

- Walk in kitchen (shared with me only- 12 sq. m. but no table), dishwasher, washing machine, fully equiped, beautiful garden view

- the flat has been recarpeted since these photos, and the room has a built in wardrobe where the fireplace used to be

-Possibly better suited to a guy as not that much storage, although I could move things around to create some more if needed.

This is a very "prime" area of chelsea with many stand alone houses rather than flats. Extremely safe.
