The private bathroom was completed this week and has never been used, so everything is completely new. It also features an intelligent Japanese-style toilet with a heated seat and built-in washing functions for extra comfort and hygiene.

The bedroom includes:

* Plenty of storage space
* High-quality cotton bed linen
* One spare set of bed linen
* Six brand-new towels
* A completely new and unused private bathroom

There is also a secure outside storage vault where you can safely keep luggage and other belongings.

The back patio will begin being decorated in approximately one month, followed by the front entrance patio in approximately two months. Once completed, both areas will make the home even more beautiful, comfortable and welcoming.

A Little About the Home

I live in the property on my own and am looking for one responsible, clean, discreet and polite person who will appreciate and take good care of the home.

I am friendly and easy-going, but I also respect people’s privacy and independence. We can both enjoy our own lives without feeling obliged to constantly chat or socialise—simply being pleasant, considerate and respectful towards one another.

I would love to find someone who feels comfortable here and treats the property as their home while taking care of everything within it.

House Rules and Important Information

* Maximum occupancy is strictly one person
* No overnight guests or sleepovers
* No parties or loud music
* No smoking inside the property
* If you are a smoker, you may smoke on the front entrance patio
* Laundry may be done once a week
* The bedroom and private bathroom must be cleaned every 7–10 days to keep everything fresh, hygienic and in excellent condition
* The bedroom, bathroom, furniture and the rest of the home must be treated with care

A professionally prepared written lodger agreement will be provided.

The successful applicant will need to provide:

* Proof of identification
* Proof of employment or evidence showing how they receive their income
* References
* One month’s rent in advance
* One month’s deposit
* One month’s notice before leaving
