THE AREA

The flat is only a few minutes walk from Earls Court, South Kensington and Gloucester Road stations on the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines.

There are plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs in the area. You can walk to Hyde Park in about 10 or 15 minutes, or jog it in less, or ride the bus or a bike there in about three minutes.

Supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury's and a small Tesco) are very nearby, as are the V&A, Natural History and Science museums.

THE LANDLORD

The live-in landlord is a retired creative advertising man who works from home, and occasionally plays ice hockey.

He is looking for a pleasant, clean and tidy flatmate, ideally a professional person working normal business hours.

The rental price presumes the lodger works outside the flat normal business hours every weekday.
