The principle double bedroom and private bathroom is for rent.

The house has good natural light, high ceilings, very quiet (cul de sac) and well located as it’s off Onslow Gardens/Cranley Gardens and very close to the Fulham Road. I know most of the neighbours well and they are very cool and discret and the house and area is very clean and safe.

South Kensington, Gloucester Road and Earls Court tube stations are all within easy walk and there are various bus stops going in most directions on Fulham Road, Old Brompton Road and Kings Road. There is a normal and little Waitrose close by along with an M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and lots of fashionable bars, pubs, restaurants, shops and a cinema close by, most everyday things can be done by foot.

I am looking to rent the main bedroom and bathroom only; the house has two double bedrooms (the second is bedroom/study I use), two bathrooms, decent sized living room, modern kitchen and large laundry/utility room with separate washing and drying machine (1, 100 sq ft approx). There are most of life’s creature comforts you would expect in all the rooms including broadband(fiber optic) and satellite tv. Bills included and some house cleaning.

I work long hours and travel regularly and have a Jack Russell...

I am looking for someone who is low maintenance, quiet, sensible, tidy/clean, not a big cooker and no smoking, parties etc…!
