Hello! I’m renting out a large double bedroom in a beautiful big home spread over four floors, on a quiet residential street in Stockwell/Nine Elms. The house is LGBT friendly, warm, and welcoming. Looking for someone to join me and my housemate.

The Room
£1050 (this includes all bills (around £220/month) except cleaning.
A large furnished double room on a floor to yourself with a double bed with storage underneath, use of three chests and clothes rails. Room for a desk and a small armchair to relax in. It's garden facing, so nice and quiet.

A charming, character filled, colourful Victorian home set across four floors (two living floors, two floors with bedrooms) with:

About You
I’m looking for someone reliable, considerate, and generally independent but still up for chat or shared meal sometimes. Ideally, you’re not working from home (or only one day a week), and you’re respectful of the shared spaces. The house is tidy, and I’d like to keep it that way.

There's now two of us - one gay, one straight; both professionals aiming for a friendly respectful home. I also have a friendly spaniel Archie who's really easy going and well behaved.
