General housecleaning provided, leaving communal areas as clean as we find them. We respect each other's space, but friendly and quiet. We are Scottish, French. Only family for overnight stays. No working from home. Working Mon to Fri preferably.
House is close to country park with lake. No busy traffic.
Electric blanket provided. Virtually no central heating. Cold due to being outside walls. No heaters on overnight. Only use low energy heater provided. Receives sun morning and afternoon. Warm in summer.
Rent a room set up.. Terraced house. Secure ID check. Suitable for those serious about saving up to buy. The last 3 people here have bought their own place.
Our situation:
I am a 62 yr old with a 50 yr old sister on medication for mental health. She is an angel, clean and tidy just can’t connect easily but is polite. She is obviously in the house most of the time. We have our private sitting room.
