Double room available - house with garden!

Room to let in South Norwood/Selhurst. I am a live-in landlord with a room to let in Selhurst. The property is a Victorian terrace house with a small garden to the rear. Within close proximity of Selhurst station (circa 8 minutes walk) and 15-20 minutes walk to Norwood Junction. The location is great for access to central London with direct fast trains to London Victoria/Clapham Junction/London Bridge. There is on street parking available.

I currently have a double room to let. There is a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden. Bills are included (including gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and I also have Netflix which I am happy to share). However, I may charge a small additional fee during the winter for gas/electricity if necessary. The rent is payable monthly in advance with a deposit and references/photo ID required. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail.

I am a young professional working in London and looking for similar professionals between 21 and 40. I am not looking for couples, smokers or pet owners. Preferably also not anyone that would be working from home five days a week.

The room is available immediately. One month's notice is required upon vacation.
