Double bedroom in renovated house with garden

Hi,

Im Mike and I'm renting out a double bedroom in my home in Selhurst. Available from July 1st.

The house itself is a 5 minute walk from Selhurst station, which offers quick train links to Central and West London:
- East Croydon (2 minutes)
- Balham (12 minutes)
- Clapham Junction (15 minutes)
- London Victoria (25 minutes)
- Westfield Shepherds Bush (25 mins)

It is also a 12 minute walk from Norwood Junction which has fast direct trains to Central and East London:
- London Bridge (12 minutes)
- Blackfriars (15 minutes)
- Canada Water (15 minutes)
- Whitechapel (25 minutes)

* A large Sainsburys supermarket is located less than 2 minutes from the house.

The house has two separate rooms downstairs, a large kitchen and a large garden ideal for summer BBQs. The bathroom is also new and shared.

Ideally we're looking for a professional who either is in a hybrid working or full time office role.

We also have a small people-loving cat called Eva, so please be aware if you have any allergies
