Hello there, We’re looking for someone to sublet my room and share our lovely home with me and my partner.

You’ll have a spacious attic double bed room with plenty of storage, and your own private bathroom. The house also has a garden perfect for relaxing or enjoying a barbecue.

We’re a clean and tidy couple who like to keep our home peaceful and welcoming. We’re looking for someone who’s equally clean, respectful of the space, and enjoys a calm environment.

We have a living room, which sometimes serves as a workspace for us, so it’s a fairly private area. We appreciate someone who understands and respects that setup. However, you’re absolutely welcome to enjoy it at other times when it’s free from work.

Also we’ve recently welcomed a sweet cat who’s still adjusting to his new environment. Since he’s new, we’re still figuring out the best routine to make him feel comfortable around us. We kindly ask that you keep in mind there may be small changes as we all adapt and if you love cats and have experience that’s an added bonus!

The house is just a 7-minute walk from Norwood Junction Station (only 10 minutes by train to London Bridge) with Selhurst and East Croydon stations close by. The area is full of amazing restaurants — especially if you love Caribbean food
