This is a lovely room available in a terraced house, shared with just myself. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, the house has been recently redecorated and offers a peaceful environment where everyone works. It’s conveniently around the corner from a large Sainsbury’s and just a 10-minute walk to either Norwood Junction or Selhurst stations.
The room features a large window overlooking my beautiful rear garden, along with two built-in cupboards with shelving for ample storage. Room size is 2.3 x 3.4m (not including built in storage).
Shared spaces include a comfortable living and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a spacious bathroom on the first floor.
I’m a quiet and easy-going professional, and as the only lodger, you won’t have to deal with any unnecessary drama from multiple housemates.
