It’s conveniently around the corner from a large Sainsbury’s and just a 10-minute walk to either Norwood Junction or Selhurst stations.
The room features a large windows and built-in cupboards with shelving for ample storage.
Shared spaces include a comfortable living and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a spacious bathroom on the first floor.
I’m a quiet and easy-going professional, and as the only lodger, you won’t have to deal with any unnecessary drama from multiple housemates.
