Room for rent near South Norwood Lake

Looking for a new flatmate to move in (any time from beginning of July 2026) to bedroom in a second floor flat, in South Norwood, close to the Lake and Grounds.
Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room area (+ attic storage space). There is also a large lawn area at the back of the building shared with the other 5 flats in the building, and a garage.

I have a chatty cat called Mushroom, so looking for a cat lover!

I work in TV and Film, and work from home a few days a week.

It's an 11 min walk to Norwood Junction station, which has frequent 12 min trains to London Bridge. There is also a stop for the 410 bus less than a minute from the door.

Ideally looking for someone to make meals with, chill out, have movie nights with etc.
This would be great for another LGBT+ person like me who wants to get involved with the brilliant local Queer scene.

Furniture-wise, the bedroom currently has a double bed, curtains, chest of drawers, and a bedside table. It also has a built-in wardrobe.
