Double room in bright spacious flat, South Norwood

I'm letting out my spare room in South Norwood / Crystal Palace and looking for someone who needs a short term let.

Ideally a Mon–Fri stay for 2–3 nights a week if you're in London for work, but open to a shorter 7–14 day stay or potentially a bit longer if needed if you're between places.

Looking for someone clean, tidy, respectful and calm who's working in an office as I'll be WFH for some of the days.

Location-wise, it's really well connected. 12 mins to London Bridge, 20 mins to Clapham Junction, 25 mins to Victoria, 3 mins to East/West Croydon or a 20-min bus to Crystal Palace.

The room has an IKEA daybed that pulls out to a superking with a large chest of drawers and a vanity mirror. There's also a separate closet in the flat with a rail if needed.

The flat's really spacious and bright with sash windows, a shared bathroom and large open-plan kitchen and living space.

Wi-Fi and all bills + council tax included (Band C)

No couples, pets or guests.
