Double room - 5 min walk to Norwood Junction

Looking to find a flatmate who is friendly, tidy and considerate, who enjoys having their own space but is also happy to have a chat and a friendly home atmosphere. I am a professional who works shift work so my schedule varies. I have a lovely dog named Blue who is fairly big but very sweet and loves a cuddle. A big part of my home is my lovely dog, It’s essential that any potential flatmate is comfortable living with a large dog and is happy to share their space with a four-legged companion.
The double room is small but plenty of storage with 2x chest of drawers, wardrobe with large mirror, under bed space and hooks on door and wall for hanging.
From the flat there are excellent transport links - Norwood junction station is a 5 minute walk away with direct (12 min) trains to London Bridge. There are also plenty of local shops, restaurants and parks all in the direct area. I appreciate mutual respect, good communication and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone. All bills are included, the tv has Netflix, Disney and Amazon prime. Free parking around the area.
