Room 1

Flatshare - Two double rooms in Canary Wharf/South Quay available from February 2026

Two rooms will be becoming available in February. First room, my flatmate has bought her own place and has lived in the flat for 5 years and the second, my flatmate is moving in central London and has lived in the flat for 2 and a half years 💔. The contract runs until the end of May, but I’m planning to renew and would love someone who’s also happy to stay longer.

Room 1:
The room is £930 per month plus bills (usually around £130 each, including council tax, water, electricity, gas and broadband). It comes with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables; anything else you see in the photos has already been sold or given away. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one other person.

Room 2:
The second room is £980 per month plus bills (also around £130). It is larger than the first one (a desk would fit well), has two big windows, double bed with storage underneath, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables; anything else you see in the photos has already been sold or given away. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one other person.

The flat:
The flat itself is bright, cozy, warm and fitted with modern appliances. I keep it very clean and tidy and hope to find someone who values the same. The building is fairly new, has 24/7 concierge and a gym included.

Location-wise, it’s great: 10 minutes to Canary Wharf tube and the shopping centre, 5 minutes to South Quay DLR, 15 minutes to the Elizabeth line and 7 minutes to Crossharbour DLR.

There’s also a big ASDA 7 minutes away, plus Tesco, Waitrose and M&S in Canary Wharf, and a Tesco and Tian Tian literally next to the building.

About me:
You’ll be sharing the flat with me, I am 28 years old and I’m from Greece. I work in education, and I treat the flat like my home and I am looking for someone like-minded.

After work, I usually go to the gym as I am really into fitness. I love hanging out with friends and having long dinner chats with a glass of wine, but I also really value privacy and chill-alone time.
