Moving out of London so looking for someone to replace me in a one bedroom in a 3 bhk in Talisman Tower, in the lovely modern Lincoln Plaza, available from the first week of June.
5 min walk to South Quay DLR and a 10-15 min walk to both Jubilee and Elizabeth lines.
Rent comes to £1333 per month (4000/3), and all bills are around £150-200. A great plus is a fully equipped gym, pool and sauna included for free in the building! Flat already is fully furnished, has a fully equipped TV, PS5 etc as well.
