Double room in 2 bed flat

Hi there!

My flatmate is moving out at the end of the tenancy and I'm looking for someone to sign a new contract. I'm a professional in the rail industry working 4-5 days in the office and enjoying relaxing at home after hours.

The room is a double with bed, clothes closet and side table, roughly 2.2 X 3.5 meters with north facing window. There is only 1 bathroom shared with me.

The flat is fully equipped, with a big kitchen, dinner, living and balcony. There are DLR stations under 5 min walk, jubilee 10 min and Elizabeth line 15 min.
