I'm looking for a clean, considerate professional to share my flat in Canary Wharf.

About the flat: This is a calm, quiet home, not a party flat. It's a place to unwind after work, so I'm looking for someone who values that as much as I do.

The building has excellent amenities, so there's plenty of space to relax, work out or work remotely when needed.

About me: I work in sales, including weekends and I'm home two weekdays, so the schedule works well with someone in the office Monday to Friday. You'll have the place to yourself most weekends, and I'll get my quiet time during the week. I'm friendly and happy to chat or grab dinner sometimes, but I also value my own space and will respect yours.

I'm also a content creator, so I'll occasionally film in the flat. I'm always considerate about it, but you'd need to be comfortable with that.

You'd be a great fit if you:
