Room in cosy flat in N15

Hi. I have a room to rent in my flat near Turnpike Lane station and West Green road. I’m a musician and often work in my studio in the garden. Small/medium sized room but it can fit all necessary furniture and happy to leave the small double bed and large shelving unit as per the photo. Direct access to the garden which is lovely and sunny/south facing. My 7 year old daughter stays with me 2 nights a week, and stays in my room. Would suit someone professional, maybe creative too. Quiet and kind! I feel a female would be better and more comfortable for my daughter when she is here. Thanks
