Flatmate Wanted – North London (Tottenham Hale)

We’ve got a room available in our North London maisonette with private garden for £800/month + bills, on a rolling contract. Council tax Band C. Move-in from early June.

📍Location: Tottenham Hale/ Seven Sisters – just a 10-minute walk to Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale, and Bruce Grove station (Victoria Line, Overground & direct trains to Liverpool Street)

About us:

You’ll be living with Emma and Niamh, we’re both in our mid/ late 20s. We’re early risers during the week and like to spend weekends out with friends or at events, but also enjoy our own downtime. Emma works remotely from home, while Niamh travels a lot for work, so the house has a nice balance of activity and quiet time. We also have a cat, Beans 🐈

Who we’re looking for:

Someone the same age , clean and tidy, working full-time, and keen to be part of a sociable but respectful house.

Preferably someone who’s got their own life going on but wants to make a house feel homely, occasionally wanting to get involved and do stuff together 💛
