Bright, furnished garden-facing room available in a friendly, peaceful Victorian house in South Tottenham.

Looking for a professional or full-time student for an initial 3 month let, with the possibility of extending if we’re both happy.

The house has superfast fibre broadband, a spacious bathroom, downstairs toilet, a well equipped kitchen, you’ll have your own fridge. A beautiful mature garden with apple and cherry trees, herbs and a large palm tree.

Fantastic location just a short walk from The Salisbury, 33s Cocktail Bar, independent coffee shops, bakery, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and some of London’s best Turkish, Caribbean, Pakistani and Indian restaurants. Excellent transport links to Central London, King’s Cross, Camden and beyond.

I’m friendly, easy-going and enjoy a relaxed home. I appreciate a balance between a chat over a coffee or a glass of wine now and then, while also respecting each other’s privacy and space.

One friendly ginger cat lives here too but will go away when I do.
