The house is a large 4 bedroom house, has 2 bathrooms, additional separate toilet, large kitchen with dining area, double reception room, study.
Great transport links, Kings Cross in 20 mins, Oxford St in less than 30. Buses to Wood Green and Tottenham Hale from bus stop around the corner or at the top of the road, so lots of shops and convenience nearby.
We're an international family / house share of 4 (my partner, me and our 2 children and our lodger who is in her late 20s). Our roots are in Australia, Europe, the UK and Asia. We're letting a double room (for single occupancy).
The room is a good sized double and tastefully refurbished. It has a nice view over our large garden.
Students welcome or also a Mon-Fri arrangement for reduced price.
Smoking outdoors welcome, but please no indoors smoking.
