Close to a fine selection of shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, swimming pool, parks, transport etc. It's a great area to live in!

The house is a Victorian Terrace, with period fireplaces, a comfy shared lounge, and large kitchen that opens onto the garden. Gas cooker, gas boiler, washing machine. The garden is a perfect sun trap.

The room is a small double, it gets morning sun and is upstairs overlooking the garden. Built in alcove shelves & wardrobe, small desk, double bed, drawers.

The bathroom is shared between 3, it's spacious and light, with a (great) shower and bath. There's also a separate loo downstairs.

The housemates are professionals working in a range of arts, retail, HR and other fields. We all have our own lives but like to have a chat in the kitchen, occasionally watch a film and are good communicators on house matters.

We'd prefer someone who works approx 9-5.
