Bright double room in central Wimbledon

Hi! I’m looking for someone to move into my fully furnished double room in a sunny Wimbledon flat.

The flat is in a great location on a quiet tree-lined street, just 8 mins walk from South Wimbledon Station (Northern line) and 10 mins walk from Wimbledon Station (District line, SW rail). Wimbledon Broadway is 2 mins walk away with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and gyms.

The room has plenty of storage space. There’s no living room, but the kitchen has a dining table where we can catch up if we like.

You’d be sharing with me – I’m a 39-year-old GP from Glasgow, easy-going and respectful of personal space. I enjoy films, music, and cycling, and while I work quite a bit, it would be nice to occasionally catch up over a cup of tea. I’m equally happy with someone independent who enjoys their own space.

All bills are included except electricity (~£60/month). The room is ideal for someone tidy, friendly, and professional looking for a calm, welcoming home.

The flat is available immediately, and the move-in date is flexible.
