Double Room in Wimbledon / Colliers Wood!

Short term let up to 28th June, I have a new tenant moving in but open to letting the room out for a few weeks before.

10 minutes to Wimbledon (District Line and National Rail)
10 minutes to Colliers Wood (Northern Line)
5 minutes to Haydons Road (Thames Link)

The flat is newly renovated, high spec brand new kitchen with an island. Brand new furniture and big TV. Garden furniture with Barbecue. ☀️ 🍹 🍔

The room is a double room with a wardrobe and clothes rail, it has space under the bed for extra storage and we have a storage cupboard under the stairs for any extras ☺️☺️☺️

I work from home 2/3 days a week and the living room has a big standing desk with full WFH setup, so we usually swap and share who works in the kitchen and who has the desk! 💻

I’m looking for someone who is tidy and sociable. Someone who can be a friend as well as a flatmate ✨ Who can respect each others space but still be up for dinner or a wine in the garden or just an evening chilling together 🩵 🍷 I love to cook so always up for the occasional flat mate dinner.

I’m 29 years old working in Ad Tech in Sales. I love cooking, eating out, going to the gym and Pilates 🧘🏼‍♀️ Oh and you don’t have to ask me twice for a night down the pub in the summer 🌞
