It is a 2-bed 2-toilet apartment. It is well-maintained and includes a fairly well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. There is a dishwasher and washing machine which makes life convenient.

The Room
This inviting room comes fully furnished with brand-new furniture, that includes a single bed, a mattress and a wardrobe. The bathroom is mostly allocated to yourself.

Bills & Cleaning
The rent includes Wi-Fi (BT Broadband fibre optic) and water bills only. Electricity, gas and council tax will be split equally between both occupants each month. To maintain a clean and comfortable space, a professional cleaner will be hired for the shared areas at a small additional fee, which can be discussed and agreed upon.

Location Perks
The flat is 7 minute walk to South Wimbledon station, 10-minute walk to Colliers Wood and 20-minute walk to Wimbledon. There is a huge Sainsbury's and M&S, which is less than 3 minutes away.
