New Double Room available as a lodger in a house near South Wimbledon. Freshly refurbished so everything is new.
There is a built in wardrobe & side drawers & can come with or without a bed if you have your own. There is an ethernet connection in the room & a TV point.
The Location:
It's a literal 10 minute walk from South Wimbledon Station and about 10 minutes from Wimbledon Station. There is a Tesco Express & Sainsbury's local within 5 minutes. A variety of coffee shops & you're 10 minutes from Centre Court Shopping.
All bills included (fair use & ctax) including the internet. Parking is with permit and I can look into that.
The Housemate:
I'm a very friendly easy going guy, looking for someone who isn't going to party hard but doesn't mind the odd wine. I like to cook & will get a bbq at some point soon & will be asking for constant advice on what to put in the patio garden to make it look nice.
I generally work from home, but as I'm a contractor that could change here and there although I also like to occasionally work from a coffee shop.
