Hi everyone! 👋
We have a double bedroom available in a 4-bedroom house in South Wimbledon.
The room comes furnished with double bed and build in wardrobe.
There are two bathrooms that will be shared between the three of you, as one of the rooms already has an en-suite The house has a spacious garden, perfect for summer!
You’ll be living with two women and a guy (he’s also moving out in November) so there will be four housemates in total.

Everyone is very nice, friendly and gets along really well, so we’re looking for someone who would fit in with the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. 😊

📍 Location:
• 7 min walk to South Wimbledon station
• 10 min walk to Colliers Wood station
• 20 min walk to Wimbledon station
💰 Rent: £910 per month (bills included).
The rent may go slightly higher at the beginning of next year.
💷 Deposit: £910
Move-in date: 25th October (the rent needs to be paid on 25th)

We’re looking for someone with a full-time job who is clean, organised, and respectful.
