Double room available in South Wimbledon

We have a lovely, unfurnished double room available in a 4-bed house share in South Wimbledon.

You’ll be replacing me as I’ve moved in with my boyfriend after 4 wonderful years in this house share.

🚇 7 minute walk to Colliers Wood / South Wimbledon stations (Northern Line).

🚏2 minutes to the nearest bus stop with various buses (57, 131, 152, 200).

🛒5 minute walk to a big Sainsbury’s, M&S & Starbucks.

🎾 20 minute walk to central Wimbledon

🏠 The House
4-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

Furnished communal areas including a spacious lounge, small office and kitchen/ dining room.

👯‍♀️ Housemates
You’ll be living with three South Africans (2 girls and a guy) all in their late twenties/ early thirties.

All working professionals who each WFH a couple of days per week.

We are a friendly, respectful, clean and easy-going household of friends who love a chat, shared dinner, glass of wine or trip to the pub together, but equally value our own space and down time.

💰Costs
Rent: £762.50 per month & £850 deposit (to be paid to the me as the current tenant).

An admin fee of £50 will also apply to add your name to the lease/ go through referencing.

Bills: approx. £120 per month (includes WiFi, gas & elec, water and council tax).

Rent is paid on the 17th of the month.
