South Wimbledon - rooms in newly renovated house

Completely renovated in 2026 to a very high standard I am renting out two rooms in my five bedroom house.

Room 1 - Large furnished double with built in wardrobe and desk area. Private ensuite bathroom with rain head shower.

Room 2 - Very large furnished double with bay window overlooking Haydons Road Recreation Ground.

I also live in the house and have my own ensuite bedroom and private office that isn’t shared.

The remaining double bedroom has a sofa bed and is set up as a second lounge with a tv.

On the first floor (same level as room 2) there is a family bathroom with bath and rain head shower.

Downstairs there is a:

Shared kitchen diner with island and separate extendable dining table seating 6-10 people.

Shared separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and drying rack.

Shared WC

Large lounge with log burner which is available for use if I am not using it.

The kitchen diner opens out onto the private garden with lounge style seating and bbq.

On street parking is available by applying to the council for a permit.

Includes bills (council tax, water, electric excluding use of car charger, gas, broadband) and cleaner for house including room 1’s ensuite bathroom. Broadband is community fibre 1gbps with eero mesh WiFi giving service across the whole house and garden.

Who you’d be sharing with: I’m a relaxed 42 year old working professional (accountant). Normally wfh a couple of days a week, out golfing once a week and seeing friends.
