A good-sized double room is available in a split-level flat, with the room located on the first floor. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, double bed with mattress, desk and small set of drawers. Rent is £800 per month with bills bringing to the total to £900-£950. The bills (council tax, water, gas and electricity, WiFi) are organised between us. The flat is council tax band B.

The flat is ideally placed for getting into Central London, being a 5 minute walk from South Wimbledon station on the Northern line. There are easy bus links to the main Wimbledon station which has the District line, national rail services and the Thameslink.

Large supermarkets are within easy walking distance, with plenty of other shops close by. There are also several gyms in the area. The River Wandle and Morden Hall park are located nearby - perfect for a weekend stroll!

You'll be sharing with two female housemates: Anna works as a data analyst and Evelyn is a social science researcher. It is a friendly and calm household. The room would suit someone who is sociable and easy-going, but also values their own space.
