The bedroom comes with a bed, mattress and wardrobe, plus there is a little closet built into the wall (the desk and bookcase are mine and I will be taking them with me when I leave).
There is a west-facing window in the bedroom with a view of the back garden, so you get plenty of sunlight especially in the afternoon, and you might spot the occasional fox or sparrowhawk. Great view if you WFH!
Landlord is really swift at responding to any questions via email and if there's any issues he always sends round a local handyman who's worked for him a long time, so any problems tend to get sorted super quick.
