Cosy Double to Rent in Friendly Houseshare!

The room

Hey huns!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in a lovely house in Wimbledon, as our current housemate is moving in with her fiancé! The room will be available from the 17th September 😊

The room:

Set at the back of the house, the room overlooks the garden and comes with a double bed and lots of storage with two wardrobes. Please note the desk, bedside table, and trolley aren’t included, but the house itself is fully furnished. The bathroom is shared with two other people. The kitchen has two fridge/freezers, along with a coffee machine which is a nice bonus! There’s a spare room where we dry washing and store anything that doesn’t fit in the rooms, and the living room is a really nice space to entertain.

Location:

The house is on a quiet residential street which always feels very safe. We’re close to cafes, supermarkets (Aldi and M&S are a 10 minute walk away), and green spaces. It’s only a 20 minute walk away from Wimbledon village and all the amenities there, too. It’s a 10 minute walk to Wimbledon station (District line, trams, and trains to Waterloo) and 10 minutes walk to South Wimbledon station (Northern).

The vibes:

Becky (36) is an actor, Becky (32) is a trainee solicitor, and Libby (27) is a researcher. We’ve all lived in the house for a few years and so we’re looking for someone who wants to move into a home. We all do our own thing but love a kitchen debrief and have Strictly/Traitors viewings together in the living room! As some of us work from home, the vibe of the house is chilled but friendly. A cleaner comes once a fortnight but we keep it tidy in between, so we’re wanting the new housemate to do the same.
