Double room in South Wimbledon / Colliers Wood

I am looking for a lodger from Monday to Friday to rent my spare double room, with share of bathroom. My house has been recently renovated downstairs including brand new kitchen with all mod cons, new dining extension area and patio. The living room has also been redecorated and re furnished. There is a garden and patio space at the back of the house which is in a quiet safe friendly street.

The house is walking distance from a range of supermarkets and South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood tube stations.

This would be ideal for someone looking for a quiet, comfortable living space for the week. I work in a university full time with a split between wfh and in the office. I enjoy running, bootcamp, yoga and cooking in my new kitchen.

I am looking for a professional female who is tidy and good company in the evenings.
