Bright & spacious double room – South Wimbledon

I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in our friendly four-bedroom house in South Wimbledon.

The room is upstairs, spacious and filled with natural light, overlooking the garden. It’s a peaceful space with a double bed, plenty of built-in storage, a chest of drawers, shelving, a desk, and a chair, ideal if you also need somewhere to study or work from home. The TV and monitor shown in the photos are not included, as I will take them with me.

You’ll be sharing with three people: Doru, Ana and Dario. The atmosphere is sociable but relaxed and quiet. Happy to have a chat and spend time together, while respecting everyone’s space and routine. Both professionals and students are welcome.

Location:
• Around a 5-minute walk to South Wimbledon station (Northern line)
• Around a 3-minute walk to the tram
• Around a 2-minute walk to bus stop

Rent and availability:
• £690 per month
• £690 deposit
• Bills are separate and expected to be up to £100 per person per month, including council tax, internet, water, gas, and electricity.
• Available from the 12th of October 2026.
• Minimum stay of four months, until the 14th of February 2027, with the possibility of extending.

Guests are welcome, and smokers are welcome too, with consideration for the rest of the household.
