Our fully furnished house is located within a 2 minute walk to South Wimbledon tube for the Northern Line or a 10 minute walk to the train station for National Rail, Tram link and the District Line. It is also very accessible to many 24 hour bus services. The house is near many supermarkets and the high street shops.

The room is a double bedroom containing double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and large smart TV.

The house has 7 beds 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house has recently been completely refurbished. It has a separate lounge & kitchen, TV, washing machine, tumble-drier, dishwasher, gas central heating and a good-sized garden. A cleaner visits once a week to clean communal areas.

Currently there are six professionals living in the house, three girls and three guys, all in their 20s/early 30s. We enjoy going out at the weekends, it's a great atmosphere in the house that is nice and chilled out. We are looking for a like minded housemate to share our home. Please no couples, agents or students.
