Hi there!
Unfortunately, our flatmate is moving back to Canada, so we are looking for a new friendly professional to join our cozy 3-bedroom flat in South Woodford.
We’re two easy going young professionals (28–32), who’ve been living together for years and have created a peaceful, laid-back home. We’re hoping to find someone who’s clean, considerate, and happy to share responsibilities, so the flat continues to feel like a real home.

The Room

It’s a furnished single room that can comfortably fit a desk if you work from home. The flat has a spacious living room and a large communal kitchen—perfect for relaxed evenings and the catch-ups.

Location, Location, Location!

We’re literally seconds away from South Woodford station—super handy for commuting.
Shops Nearby
Big Sainsbury’s and Boots are just 3 minutes away, Waitrose is about 8 minutes, and there’s a post office and corner shops within a couple of minutes’ walks.

We are 17 minutes away from Liverpool Street station

Bills
Monthly bills come to around £130–£150 (includes gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, council tax (band C), and water).

Move-In Date
We’re looking for someone to move in around the first week of September, but we can be flexible.
