Subletting my room in a friendly 3-bedroom flat in South Woodford for exactly 2 months, 19th October to 19th December, while I'm away in India.
The flat is shared with two easy going young professionals (29–32) who keep a peaceful, laid-back home. Looking for someone clean, considerate, and happy to share responsibilities.
The Room: Furnished single room, fits a desk if you work from home. Spacious living room and large communal kitchen.
Location: Seconds from South Woodford station. Sainsbury's and Boots 3 mins away, Waitrose 8 mins, post office and corner shops within minutes. 17 mins from Liverpool Street.
Bills: ~£130–£150/month (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, council tax band C, water).
Dates: 19th October – 19th December, room returns to me after.
