A beautiful deceptively large contemporary detached bungalow in the heart of an amazing town centre; South Woodford, ‘hip and happing town’ with a variety of restaurants, a Cinema and Sainsbury’s 2 minutes walking distance. The property is located on Glebelands Avenue, situated within the established residential district of South Woodford, within the jurisdiction of the London Borough of Redbridge. The immediate surrounding area is considered to be an established address, characterised by affluent semi-detached and detached dwellings.

To the south, Woodford Road provides for direct routes onto Hollybush Hill, which in turn allows for direct access onto the A12 main road (approximately 2. 5 miles to the south). To the north, Woodford Road provides access onto High Road which allows for access to the affluent addresses of Buckhurst Hill and Loughton. To the east, the A406 North Circular Road for routes into East London (to the south) and M11 Motorway (to the north) are easily accessible.

The property is well served by public transport with South Woodford Underground Station (Central Line) located approximately 0. 25 miles to the east, a 3 minutes walking journey. We also have the benefit of an in house sauna room which is in occasional use.

All rooms are furnished according to your preference and high speed wireless broadband is accessible. All ‘usual’ appliances can be found in the kitchen which includes a gas oven and hob, dish washer, micro wave, washing machine and the likes. The kitchen is large clean, bright and is the perfect opportunity to catch up with all our guests as we all enjoying spending time cooking and eating, so food and the environment is nothing less than homely, respect and as you will. There is a large south facing garden that enjoys sunshine all day round. Plenty of off-street car parking spaces are provided.
