*NO living room or dining room to share.
* The single room has a single bed with mattress, a chest drawers, a big wardrobe, curtains and a light cover, room door LOCK and room key for security.
* Shared Bathroom includes shower, a basin and toilet.
* A laundry room includes a wash machine and a tumble dryer.
* kitchen has a cooker, a microwave, an oven, a big tall Samsung fridge, a kettle and a toaster. The kitchen has nearly everything that you would need.

I'm looking for a clean, easy going and friendly person to move in. There is one lady and two gents are living in the flat right now. No smoking and alcoholic please! Strictly Non smoker only. No friends allowed to stay over the night for safety and security reason for all other flatmates, day time is fine, unless a good reason given plus notify the landlord in advance, a nightly charge might occur.
