We have a light, bright and fully furnished double room available in a modern, friendly flatshare in Southfields. The household is currently all female and has been for some time.

The flat is in a lovely location — just a 10-minute walk to Southfields tube and village along beautiful leafy streets. The 39 and 493 bus stops are also only 100m away, with easy links to Putney, Southfields, Clapham and Richmond.

About the household:

You’d be sharing with three friendly young professionals working in education and marketing. We’re looking for a kind, considerate, non-smoking person who is clean, neat and tidy, and would enjoy being part of a happy home.

Bills:

Bills included: council tax, internet and weekly cleaner.
Gas, electricity and water are extra, and usually come to around:

* £30–£40 per month in summer
* £50–£70 per month in winter

Availability:

The room is available any time between Friday 31st July and Monday 31st August.
