- On the top floor of a high rise building with double glazing, and stunning views across London. Two lifts are available to access the floor, and free parking is available on the surrounding streets. Neighbours on this floor are all friendly.
- Apartment is owned by myself. You would be staying here as a lodger on a rolling monthly basis - open to short and long term.
- Two double bedrooms (one occupied by myself), a WC separate from the bathroom (bathtub with shower), open plan spacious living room and kitchen, with a balcony looking across Central London.
- Includes ultrafast fibre optic broadband, central heating, PS5, Netflix, Disney+, Sky TV, surround sound 55" HDTV, exercise bike, darts board, washing machine/dryer.

About the room:
- Fully furnished with a double bed with large storage underneath, desk, office chair, radiator (gas central heating), bedside cabinet and lamp, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

About the area:
- Residential area, with a Tesco Express a 2 mins walk away. Wimbledon Common a 10 mins walk away.
- 15 mins walk to Southfields tube station & shops/restaurants, 20 mins walk to Putney overground station, and bus links of 39, 493, 170 within a few mins walk.
- Next to the A3 which goes out into Surrey to the M25, or in through Clapham and Battersea to Central London.

I'm an easy going, sociable and tidy professional, who works freelance in the film industry. I'm always up for watching a film or a TV show, having a chat about day to day life, cooking and having a meal/drink, or go out exploring with my flatmate. I'm looking for my flatmate to be a friend too that I can hang out and talk with, so ideally you would feel the same way. Though it's also nice to have 'me time' and chill out by ourselves!
