Double Room in Spacious 3 Bedroom Flat

With a flatmate moving out, we have a room soon to be available and are looking for someone to join us!

The room has space for a desk and comes with a double bed, built in Wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The real benefit to this place it’s large kitchen/living room space, a separate toilet/bathroom setup and gigabit internet. There is also the option to apply for a private parking permit if required.

As for your potential new flat mates, we are English and Indian, working professionals, who respect personal space but also enjoying communal activities, such as the odd film together or simply chatting.

The flat is an easy 3 minute walk from Southfields underground station (District Line), a prime location for any commuter. Putney heath park is also around 15-20 minutes away, for those who enjoy a good walk, run or cycle.

Rent is £800pcm without bills, which add around ~£100pcm. Move in date is fairly flexible, our current flatmate is looking to leave around the Easter weekend.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who likes a well kept home and is able to provide references if required.
