Double room in Southfields

A friendly flat share in Southfields. Room is a decent double size, unfurnished though option to buy chest of drawers and move a cupboard back into the room. You will share a bathroom with 1 person.

The flat has a lot of natural light and a garden which, during summer, has sun pretty much all day. Lounge is furnished and kitchen has most of the essentials.

Animals are more than welcome (though we're not too good with helping to look after fish).

The flat is located close to Wimbledon Park / King George’s Park / Wandle Trail and plenty of quality pubs around.
Sainsbury Local/Tesco Express about 6-9 min walks away. Southside Shopping Mall is a quick bus ride or 20-25 min walk. Earlsfield High Street 10-15 min walk

Current Tenants:
2 females (Scottish and South African), 1 working in a Sports Charity / 1 freelance graphic designer (working from home mainly if not pet-sitting, but desk in room). We both play badminton, love a good series / quiz / gig / theatre trip and a glass of whatever is on offer either at home or in the pub. While we understand me-time when needed, we would prefer someone who doesn't stick to their room constantly.

Bills - ±£100/month for broadband / water / council tax / energy (fluctuates a bit depending on time of year+usage)
Deposit - we use Zero Deposit contracts
Council Tax - Wandsworth Band D
