Hi there, we are a family of four with two young children.

We are looking for a responsible, respectful and tidy lodger to stay in our modern loft room.

The room is large, quiet, and has lots of light, courtesy of a skylight, that can also be closed with blackout blinds.

It can come furnished with a double bed and dresser (although not shown in photo).

The bathroom is fairly new as well, while it is not connected to your room, it essentially is an ensuite as it will be for your sole use.

You will also have access to a fully equipped new kitchen, and an open plan dining area that connects to the garden outside.

The home is only 5 mins walk to the Southfields tube station, and about 15 mins to Earlsfield station.

The area is close to many large parks, with a good array of amenities nearby.

All bills included. Available from 15 April.
