Small Single Room Available

Hi there, a small single room will soon be available in our very nice flat share, which includes all bills! Available from the 6th June.

Our current flatmate is sadly leaving as she is returning back to Brazil. You'll be sharing with me, live in landlord, and 2 other people, who are very nice. I have lived in the flat since 2018 and really love it here and I am responsible for the day to day running of the flat. The owner lives abroad and is a friend of mine.

Some pro's!

Southfields station is less than a 5 min walk. There is also a bus stop outside. Great transport links to Clapham Junction, Putney, Richmond & Wimbledon.
Really safe area - Not felt unsafe or had any issues in the building or area at all.
I've been really lucky with tenants who are all super clean, and that is important to everyone who lives here. We have a cleaning rota, which has always worked well.

Some Con's
The room is small and there is no other storage in the flat I'm afraid.
There is no need shared living space either. Though TBH, one is not really needed and as we are all pretty busy people who are always coming and going.
The room is a bit basic but the current tenant has made it really cute and cosy.
