A bright and cosy furnished double room is available in a warm, welcoming house on a quiet residential street in leafy Wandsworth.
The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from excellent bus links and an easy 8–10 minute walk to Southfields Station (District Line). Southfields’ lovely high street is close by, with cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket. The house is ideally located between beautiful green spaces.
Southside Shopping Centre is only a 12-minute walk away and offers a cinema, shops, gyms, sports centres, and many other local amenities. Wandsworth Town is also around a 15-minute walk, with plenty of great places to eat and explore.

About the House:
The home is spacious, clean, and well looked after, with a relaxed and homely feel. It has an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, a shared bathroom, and a lovely little rooftop space, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or some sunshine.

The Room & Rent:
The room comes fully furnished for your comfort.
The rent includes most bills: Council Tax, gas, electricity, internet, TV licence, and cleaners. Water is billed separately every six months. We also share the cost of household essentials when needed.
