Southfields 2 bed flat, own bathroom

I am renting out my spare bedroom in leafy Southfields, 5-10 minutes well lit walk from the tube in a modern flat. Buses go from round the corner to Wimbledon and Clapham.
You will be sharing with just me... 31yr old female professional sports player. I lead a relatively quiet life as I train during the week and travel quite a bit when competing. I socialise maybe once midweek but am usually in bed by 10.. I do go out for a drink with friends at the weekend and have the occasional big night out when not competing so am not a total hermit. I compete abroad a lot, therefore I am looking for someone who has an independent lifestyle but up for a chat after work rather than just pass in the night! I would also prefer someone who doesn't work from home but would consider a day a week.
Please note females preferred, males considered.
You would have a double bedroom with own bathroom. It isn't ensuite but you would have almost sole use… I sometimes use the bath. There's a small balcony. The flat had new carpets and furniture in June 2021. There's an ottoman bed with plenty of space underneath, a 5 drawer chest of drawers and storage cupboard/ wardrobe. There is also room for a small desk if you want to bring one.
I am happy to rent for a minimum of 6 months with half the deposit to be be paid on signing of contract with the other half plus a month’s rent in advance the day before move-in.
It's a modern flat so not too hard to keep clean and tidy and I would expect a lodger to share the chores and cost of communal materials.

There is street parking very close by if you have a car.
I will need references and check that a lodger has Right to Rent (passport and visa).
