Large double room in 2 bed flat !!

Hello all,

I am looking for a new flatmate to takeover the large room in my flat share, based in Southfields London. The flat is just 2 minutes from the tube station (district line) and has great bus connections also. There are lots of cute coffee shops and parks in the area, along with an M&S, Tesco’s and a Sainsbury’s.

A little about the flat:

~2 bedrooms
~1 bathroom
~Fully furnished
~Bills approx £100-120/month
~The flat has recently been fitted with new carpet, a new oven, microwave and dishwasher.

(The room available is £1050 a month and the move in date is the 21st of July)

A little about me:

I am an outgoing yet chill person who loves a night in trying a new recipe while watching a rom com as much as I love a night out with my friends and some wine. I’m hoping to find someone who wants to create a homely environment and who also loves a cup of tea and a yap but equally respects each other’s own schedule and lives. I also enjoy trying new coffee shops/bakeries, running and yoga 💓
