So our dear and beloved housemate has decided to spread his wings...Sad times for us but excellent news for you!

Room
--------
The room is a cosy double. It comes with a double bed and wardrobe. The desk and tables in the pic are going.

The room is £417.75, NOT including quarterly/monthly bills of:
Council tax £23
Gas/electric £100
WiFi £5

The Pad
---------
It's a semi-detached maisonette approximately 12 minutes walk to Southfields and 5 minutes walk to two bus stops which are served by the 39 and 93.
Wimbledon Common is also just up the road too - perfect for summer fun! Southfields is a lovely wee area with plenty of cafes, restaurants and a The Gym Group gym.

We've got a lovely lounge with big sofas and dining area, and a cosy kitchen. There are two bathrooms (one on each floor) and a BIG terrace which is perfect for summer BBQs.

The Roommates

You would be moving in with 3 quality housemates. Jay works in advertising and loves plants, Drew is a freelance videographer who's always at the gym and Alex works for a homeless charity and is a keen runner.

Who we're looking for
---------------------
We're looking for a guy aged 25 to 35 who works out-of-home due to the size of the room. We're not a massive party house but do throw the odd shindig now and again. We would like someone clean and tidy as we don't have a cleaner. We're a fun bunch that's always up for a laugh and have had the occasional house meal, movie night or pub run before, so we're looking for someone who will easily fit into this, as well as having their own busy life going on.

Viewings/Moving In

We are looking to hold viewings as soon as possible so let us know if you have a preference. The room is available from the 20th of June, so if we all like each other you can move in whenever after that!
